1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders placed before 1pm
MST get shipped on the same day.
We ship through USPS for all domestic shipments. If you wish to arrange a different shipping
method for your order, please contact us prior to making a purchase and we will give you an
accurate estimate for your preferred delivery type.
Ground shipping will be provided to 48 continental states. The full list of qualified states is
given below. Alaska and Hawaii requires 2nd day air and will have an added shipping cost.

If you complete a purchase with free shipping, you give us permission to use our preferred
shipping method and carrier for your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days for a
refund minus shipping cost Lightning Force has incurred. All items must be in their original condition and in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Opened items will not be accepted for a refund.

Please, include the original receipt that came with your item. Failure to do so may result
in a delay on the return processing. For all returns that are not due to shipping damages and/or factory
defects will not be refunded the shipping cost.
LOSSES AND DAMAGES
If your item gets lost or damaged during shipping, we will send you a free replacement. If your
item arrives damaged and/or appears to have a factory defect, please contact our Customer
Support at 888.688.8877 within 7 business days after you receive the item and request a return
shipping label. After we receive the damaged/defected item back, we will send you a free

until it reaches your door. If your item does not arrive to you within 20 business days, it will be
